SEVERE WEATHER
We are facing severe weather with strong winds and a great deal of rain over the next few days. We shall do all we can to inform you of any iterrruption to our service. We plan to post regular updates so that you can keep in touch with our new upgraded web site. THE SWEET ’16′
Yes it was August, 1984 when our first bus took to the road – a brand new Mellor, 16 seater luxury coach. We purchased a sleeping bag and undertook jobs of any description (with me catnapping between jobs overnight.)
This worked pretty well until I awoke in Glasgow at 7.00am when I should have been picking up my next load of passengers at 3.00am. Well at least they hadn’t paid for the bus so they had the money for taxis!! (An expensive kip!) We have learned and no longer undertake private hire work of any description. For the last twenty years we have been fully committed to our service work. This way we know that all our buses and drivers are fit and ready to go first thing every morning and our loyal passengers know that they can rely on us.
