Dear Mr Harte,
I am writing to compliment one of your drivers who drove the 9.15am bus to Braehead from Largs yesterday. He informed us when we got on that we might not make
Braehead as the conditions were worse there than here. However we did make a go of it and yes the conditions deteriorated. We arrived at our destination only to find that there was a total lack of other transport to get us back to Largs. Your driver excelled himself
in customer service and offered to take the Largs passengers back to Greenock from where they could make the onward journey home.
I would like to say that at all times this driver was totally professional in his manner and driving skills as the conditions were atrocious. He also kept us well informed of all that was happening on the roads.
I travel myself on the roads to Paisley so I know how difficult the conditions were yesterday an it was good to know that we all were in a safe pair of Hands. Many thanks to your driver.
I would also like to say that we have never had a bad driver your staff should be complimented on all their skills.

Dear Mr Harte
On behalf of myself and the other 7 passengers who travelled on your 4.30pm bus from Braehead to Largs yesterday, I would like to say a huge thank you to the driver who went that ‘extra mile’ to ensure we all got home safely. We should all have stayed at home on a day when snow had been forecast but ventured out to do Chrismas shopping. Madness on our part!
We were all from Largs but due to heavy snow in Kilbirnie, the bus could not use that route. Instead the driver took us safely to Greenock, told us to stay on the warm bus while we waited for the Mcgills bus to arrive. He then negotiated with the Mcgills driver to take us back to Largs free of charge.
I am sure he was keen to get home himself but he was professional, helpful and did not complain at all.
The media seems to be full of travellers complaining of their treatment – they should travel with Hartes!

Hi just wanted to say ‘Thank You’ for the excellent customer service!
We travelled toLargs today and we travelled with the same driver as previously, the young lady driver, blonde straight hair, very smartly dressed and very friendly! ‘Thank You’ its like a journey down memory lane with old fashioned service with a smile! a real pleasure!
